Reform of Diversified Dispute Resolution Mechanism of Chinese Courts (2015-2020) ©

The Supreme People's Court has organised the research and preparation of a book entitled “Reform of Diversified Dispute Resolution Mechanism of Chinese Courts (2015-2020)” to summarise and present the implementation of the CCCP's reform of the diversified dispute resolution mechanism by the people's courts in recent years, to analyse and study in depth the outstanding problems, and to further promote the implementation of the CCCP's important deployment of "perfecting the system of linking various types of mediation work".
