It is a strange thing to discover that orcs come in a green skinned variety as well as a red skinned variety.
But then, why not. Us humans do as well. Yet, somehow startling nevertheless.
Then to find out humans had to copy the battleships of the orcs as they were more advanced, was an even bigger surprise. I have gained the idea that orcs were rather brutish characters not too blessed with a huge intelligence.
And they now vie with humans for supremacy? For the human kingdom of Andomhaim? Surprises never cease.
Which is exactly what awaited Gareth, the squire of the high king of Andomhaim.
That is, except for the most beautiful girl he has ever seen right there on the last page of this rather surprising short story.
Now I just have to read the series. Noo two ways about it. Well done.
