This boy has an appointment for a cast checkup. We can watch him sitting in a wheelchair in the waiting area of radiology department.

Apparently he injured his achilles. His foot is fixed with a SLC splint and holds his foot in a position with pointed toes. The cast has a toeplate to support this position.

After his appointment he is taken back to the car in his wheelchair and hops into the car.
