Can I receive a refund if I am not satisfied with my coaching session?

Because coaching is a time-based professional service, completed sessions are nonrefundable once the service has been provided.

Your experience still matters to us. If you have a concern about your session, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the situation carefully and determine whether a reasonable accommodation, clarification, or future service credit may be appropriate.

Our goal is to ensure every client feels respected, heard, and supported while maintaining fair professional boundaries for both the client and the coach.

How does appointment scheduling work?

After your purchase is completed, you will receive access to the next steps for scheduling your session.

From your coaching account, you will be able to review available appointment times and select the option that works best for you.

Please make sure your contact information is correct at checkout so you do not miss scheduling instructions, reminders, or important session details.

Can I purchase coaching more than once?

Absolutely.

You may purchase another coaching session or package whenever you need additional support, clarity, guidance, planning, or accountability.

Each purchase provides access to the services included in that specific offer. Returning clients are always welcome to continue their journey through personal support, spiritual clarity, business direction, or another available coaching package.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes. We understand that unexpected situations can happen.

Please request a reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment whenever possible. Your session may be moved to another available date and time.

Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be reviewed based on the circumstances and appointment availability. Repeated rescheduling may require the purchase of a new session.

What happens if I miss my appointment?

Clients are responsible for attending their scheduled appointments.

If you miss your session without notice, the appointment may be considered completed and may not qualify for a refund or replacement session because that time was reserved specifically for you.

We understand that emergencies can occur. Please contact us as soon as possible if you miss an appointment. Any accommodation or rescheduling option will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

What happens if I arrive late?

Please arrive on time so you can receive the full benefit of your session.

If you arrive late, the session may still end at the originally scheduled time to respect other client appointments. Additional time is not guaranteed.

If you are significantly late and unable to complete the session, the appointment may be treated as a missed session.

Can I cancel my appointment?

You may cancel an upcoming appointment; however, cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund.

If the session has not yet been provided, we may offer the option to reschedule or receive a service credit, depending on the amount of notice given and the circumstances.

Completed sessions, missed appointments, and late cancellations are generally nonrefundable.

What if the coach needs to reschedule?

If we must reschedule your appointment, you will be contacted as soon as possible and offered another available time.

If a suitable replacement appointment cannot be arranged, you may receive a service credit or refund for the affected session.

Are coaching sessions confidential?

Information shared during coaching sessions will be treated with care and respect in accordance with our client agreement and privacy practices.

However, coaching confidentiality is not the same as the legal privilege that may apply to licensed therapists, attorneys, or medical professionals. Confidentiality may also be limited when disclosure is required by law or when there is an immediate concern involving safety.

Is coaching the same as therapy or counseling?

No.

Coaching provides reflective conversation, personal-development support, spiritual guidance, planning, education, and accountability. It is not therapy, psychological treatment, mental-health counseling, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, or crisis intervention.

Clients who need services outside the scope of coaching may be encouraged to contact an appropriately licensed professional.

Does purchasing coaching create a personal friendship?

No. Although our coaching style is warm, approachable, supportive, and personal, purchasing a service creates a professional coach-client relationship.

Coaching does not include unlimited communication, personal access, emergency availability, or contact outside the services included in your selected package.

Are results guaranteed?

No specific personal, spiritual, relationship, business, or financial outcome can be guaranteed.

Coaching provides guidance, perspective, tools, planning, and accountability. Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, participation, actions, safety, and results.

Your progress will depend on several factors, including your goals, circumstances, consistency, willingness to reflect, and follow-through.
