S.O.F.T. L.I.F.E in Bloom 🌸
S.O.F.T L.I.F.E in Bloom 🌸
(2x Programme Bundle)
S.O.F.T L.I.F.E
Embodying S.O.F.T. L.I.F.E. is a reflective digital programme, across 62 detailed pages, created from the Daily Notes for Black Women series on Substack.
This programme was designed for Black women learning how to move beyond survival as a default way of living, and begin creating lives rooted in softness, self-leadership, emotional clarity, reflection, and intentional living.
The Aim:
This programme is not designed to tell you what a soft life is or how you should live it.
Instead, it is designed to help Black women become clear about what a S.O.F.T. L.I.F.E. means for them personally, and move from reflection into action.
Many of us already know what we need. We know we need rest. We know we need boundaries.
We know we need more joy, more peace, more intention, and more space for ourselves. The challenge is often not knowledge.
The challenge is embodiment.
The programme is built around eight interconnected principles:
- Self-led
- Overlooking
- Fun, Flow, Focus, Freedom
- Truth, Time, Tolerance
- Liberation, Loyalty
- Intuition, Investment, Identity
- Flexibility, Finance, Freedom
- Evaluation, Evidence, Evolution
Together they form the S.O.F.T L.I.F.E arc.
Each principle invites you to examine one aspect of your life before moving to the next, and to embody rather than consume your own soft life archetype.
What Black Women Gain
By the end of this programme, you will have spent dedicated time reflecting on what you truly want your life to look and feel like.
You will have:
- Greater clarity about your personal definition of a soft life
- A deeper understanding of the habits, beliefs, and patterns that keep you in survival mode
- Practical reflections and journal work that help bridge the gap between intention and your action
- A written record of your thoughts, desires, and next steps that you can return to again and again
- A stronger connection to your own needs, desires, and vision for your life
Most importantly, you will leave with more than inspiration. You will leave with a clearer sense of how you want to live, and what you are willing to do to create it.
No more endlessly consuming.
No more collecting advice without applying it.
No more waiting for permission.
The work begins with you.
By the end of the programme each women who invests in herself and future will be in a position to live the life they desire and think about in real time.
Inside this experience:
You will move through the full S.O.F.T. L.I.F.E. arc, where you will redefine what “soft life” means for you and what your version of this truly looks like — beyond Instagram captions, aesthetics, and ideas often presented in ways many Black women cannot fully relate to.
Through a collection of Daily Notes for Black Women linked to each letter of the arc, alongside reflections, journal prompts, intuitive messages, and guidance, this programme was created to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, define your own S.O.F.T. L.I.F.E., and begin embodying a softer way of living from the inside out.
- This is not about perfection, performance, or escapism.
- This is not about consuming more information.
- It is about embodying what you already know, what you are beginning to realise, and the kind of life you genuinely wish to create for yourself.
It is about creating a life where your nervous system is no longer constantly carrying the weight of survival, and where your life feels genuinely “soft” by your own definition of it.
Inside the programme you will receive:
• The complete S.O.F.T. L.I.F.E. arc in PDF format.
• The full Daily Notes For Black Women and reflections for each letter of the arc.
• Journal therapy prompts and deeper reflection points.
• Message From The Universe, Angel Number, and Tea Leaf messages throughout the experience
• A private welcome video (20 mins) and closing integration video (10 mins).
• A closing embodiment ritual.
• A curated reading list for deeper reflection.
• Access to the wider Notes on Black Women circle space.
This programme is best experienced slowly, with a dedicated journal and space to reflect honestly with yourself.
Take your time with this work.
Return to sections when needed.
Allow yourself to experience softness without rushing to perform healing.
Most of all, allow yourself to stop endlessly consuming, stop overthinking, and begin placing into action what you already know and desire for your life.
Black Women's Permission Slip to Bloom 🌸
A fifty-one page beautifully designed, forward-looking, nine-day guided curriculum, for the Black woman ready to look at her life clearly, decide what she wants next, and move towards it. With a fifty-minute audio companion to expand each day. Created by The Black Woman Essayist for Black women across the diaspora.
The Aim of The Black Women’s Permission Slip To Bloom 🌸:
You do not have to spend forever healing or resting, as Black women are often encouraged. These are both important for Black women, however at some point we must ask:
What's next?
The nine-day guided curriculum is designed to help Black women move through a personal process of reflection into clarity, decision-making, action, and embodiment of what they desire in their lives.
This is not a programme centred around processing trauma. It is forward-looking.
Bloom helps you to look at:
- The life you’re living now.
- Recognise what is working.
- Notice what keeps repeating and why it may not be working.
- Decide what deserves your attention, and begin intentionally creating more of what you actually want.
Insight is valuable, but eventually, we have to do something with what we know.
This is where many women become stuck. They may be aware, but are unsure, or lack confidence to put into practice what they are aware of. Bloom sits in this space to help women move forward. Bloom is not about performing transformation. It’s about embodying it in a meaningful way however that looks for each individual woman.
🌸 What Are You Growing?
Over nine days, you’ll be guided through the Bloom process using the metaphor of your life as a garden. You'll begin by stepping back and looking at the whole garden.
What's flourishing?
What's been neglected?
What keeps growing?
What needs your attention?
And, most importantly:
Where and how do you want to bloom next?
From there, we move.
Not towards perfection, towards intentional embodiment of what you now know. Rather than understanding more theory.
The Nine-Day Bloom Journey 🌸
Day One — Clarity: What Garden Are You Growing?
Take an honest look at your life using the Bloom Wheel, a life-audit technique designed to help you identify where you are now and where you most want change, expansion or greater satisfaction.
Two — Seeing the Patterns
Explore the behavioural, emotional, relationship and thinking patterns appearing across your life. Because patterns aren't your identity.
It’s information. Especially for Black women who culturally experience common life experiences and patterns.
Day Three — The Story Beneath the Pattern
Move beneath the experience itself and examine what may be producing the same outcomes again and again. You'll be guided through Beneath the Bloom, a dedicated exercise designed to help you move from “that's just my experience” towards understanding what the experience may actually be showing you.
Day Four — Pinpoint, Prioritise, Pursue
You cannot give everything your attention at once. Today, you'll decide where yours belongs.
Pinpoint what matters.
Prioritise what deserves your energy.
Pursue it intentionally.
Day Five — Blooming Off Paper
Now we move from thinking to doing. You'll take the priorities you've identified in day four, and begin translating ideas, intentions, aims and goals into practical movement.
Because a life does not change on paper. Eventually, we have to live it.
Day Six — Protecting The Bloom Progress
Life will continue happening after you make a plan. So rather than relying on motivation, you'll learn how to anticipate what could interfere with your progress, and decide in advance how you will respond. You'll also complete your Bloom Progress Protection Plan and Bloom Promise Declaration.
Day Seven — Blooming Beyond Survival
Once life isn't solely about surviving, managing and fulfilling responsibilities.
What else might be possible?
Today is not about more plans, reflection, or even expansion. You'll explore possibilities you may not previously have allowed yourself to seriously consider and ask:
What would I pursue if I became fascinated with my own life again?
Day Eight — Permission + Embodiment
Where are you still waiting for permission? Today you'll consider what changes when the permission comes from you. You'll then complete a personal Bloom embodiment ritual, marking the threshold between what you've recognised and what you now intend to live. This is not an esoteric, spiritual, religious, or mystical ritual.
Day Nine — Integration
We bring everything together. Not by collecting another piece of information.
By asking:
What am I actually taking with me?
You'll reflect on the nine-day journey, write to your future self, complete your Bloom Declaration and decide what blooming will mean in your life from here.
What Black Women Gain 🌸
The Black Women’s Permission Slip To Bloom nine-day experience is not a programme designed to give women motivational captions, or inspiration to post on social media. Or words that sound wonderful declaring "how great life is" but leaves her with no evidence of this. Just a social media feed full of inspirational quotations.
In other words, this is not performative.
This is a programme designed to work quietly in the background alongside Black women, filling them with confidence, clarity, and guidance so she becomes the product of “a great life,” that she wants and is meaningful to her. Any woman who engages in an honest way will not need to announce it.
- She will show it.
- She will become it.
- She will embody it.
The tools are there to work with her.
- Her thinking changes. Her planning changes. Her decisions change. Her life becomes the evidence of what happens when a woman really blooms—not her social media page.

This Programme May Be For You If...
You don't necessarily feel like you need more healing, you aren't looking for another programme telling you how much healing you still need to do. Instead, you’re ready to look to the future or make the most of life. But you know there are areas of your life that could be, or that you would like to be different.
Perhaps you've been functioning rather than intentionally choosing.
Perhaps the same experiences keep appearing in different forms.
Perhaps you've spent so much time responding to responsibilities, expectations, and other people's needs that you've stopped asking what you actually want.
Or perhaps you're simply ready for your next season.
Bloom is created for that woman.
The woman ready to ask:
I've learned a lot about myself. Now what am I going to do with it?
🌸 Bloom Is Forward-Looking-- Keep This In Mind
There may be moments throughout Bloom where you recognise how previous experiences have shaped a pattern or experience in your life. Bloom is not designed to help you stay there. The purpose of recognising a pattern is not to live inside the past.
It's to information gather, and keep it pushing. Sis, we're blooming not dwelling!
It is to give you more choice in the future.
We look back only when it helps to see clearly enough to move forward. That's the philosophy underneath Bloom.
- Awareness.
- Clarity.
- Choice.
- Action.
- Integration.
- Embodiment.
- Bloom.
Take Your Permission Slip
You do not need permission to become fascinated with your own life and possibilities for you.
You do not need permission to want something different, new, better, or more aligned.
And you certainly don't need permission to bloom.
This is your permission slip. 🌸
