He wasn't carnal nor impulsive, He was very constructive in all His endeavours, this is why Ephesians 1:22 from The Passion Translation (TPT) says

   “And he [Jesus] alone is the leader and source of everything needed in the church. 

Jesus alone is the best leader you can ever learn from as a minister of the gospel — His Word is what we've been given to work with, let go of the high sounding stratagies secular leadership suggests and accept God's approach to leading right. Praise God!”
