Jessica Valant is a physical therapist, women's health expert and movement teacher. She was also diagnosed with endometriosis over 20 years ago and has worked through that time to manage her symptoms through multiple surgeries, exercise, pain management, stress relief and more.


Jessica created this 45 minute workout for other people suffering from pain and tightness due to endometriosis, fibroids, PCOS or PMS symptoms.


This routine is specifically designed to help address the unique needs of women with endometriosis, including spine and pelvic movement, increased blood flow to the abdominal organs, digestive issues, breathing, core and hip strengthening and flexibility. All exercises can be done on a mat on the floor and can be used on their own or in addition to your regular workout program.
