Incorporating self-care into your daily or weekly routine can lead to a deeper sense of balance in your life.
Print out as an A4, stick it up where you will always see it, and see how many you can tick off each day.
If you can do every activity seven days a week, that's great. If you complete each activity once per week, that's also great. Challenge yourself to do more next week.
