How will I receive my Resume/Cover letter?
After purchase, you will create a login that will give you access to the WFH Baddie Portal to upload your files and list your requirements for your NEW Resume/Cover Letter. You will also receive your new Resume/Cover Letter via the WFH Baddie Portal when it is complete. You can choose to receive the documents via Google docs or Microsoft files.
What if I do not like the Resume/Cover Letter created?
After placing your order, you will be allowed to state your requirements. However, if you are not satisfied with your delivery please reach out via the WFH Baddie portal within 24 hours of delivery of your order and you will be granted a revision. ONLY one revision is offered per order.
What is the refund /cancellation policy?
You can choose to cancel your order at any time. If you cancel within 1 hour of the order being placed you will receive a full refund. For cancellations past the first hour and before delivery of the order, you will receive half the amount of a full refund. You must send a message in your WFH Baddie Portal to cancel. Due to the nature of the services, returns are not allowed, but if there are any issues, please reach out and actions will be taken to solve any issues!
