Learn How to Create the Rainbow Star, Watermelon and Mac n’ Cheese Cakes!

In this course you can learn how to create three different cake designs at three different skill levels. The Rainbow Star cake is the easiest design where you will learn how to mix and pipe an ombre of rainbow colors with the star tip. The Watermelon Cake is at a medium level of difficulty where we will frost the cake in stripes of red and green to form a watermelon design with an adorable face! The Mac n’ Cheese cake is the most difficult design where you will carve a bowl shaped cake and sculpt realistic macaroni noodles in modeling chocolate to pour on top of the bowl in a cheesy white chocolate ganache. With each cake we will go through the entire process step-by-step from baking, to frosting and decorating. By the end of this course you will improve your skill level and have an adorable cake to show off!

This class has four lessons that will cover every step from baking, to frosting and working with details to bring the rainbow star, watermelon and/or mac n’ cheese cake to life!
