CQC Supported Living Existing Policies Suitability Review | CCSG
Already bought a policy library for your supported living service? CCSG will review how selected policies fit the personal care service you actually intend to run. A provider name on a generic document is not enough to show that its procedures, responsibilities and safeguards match your model.
What you receive
• A title-level inventory of up to 35 policies.
• A detailed content review of up to 12 selected policies, 180 A4 pages combined, using a Statement of Purpose or service profile of up to 10 pages.
• A written gap report with specific document and page references and a prioritised action plan.
• One 45-minute online findings call and one clarification email received within seven calendar days of the report.
The fixed price covers one legal provider, one supported living service model and one CQC location. The report distinguishes policies that appear suitable, need tailoring, need substantial replacement, are missing, or have not been reviewed. We consider the actual people supported, personal care and housing roles, medicines, safeguarding, consent, governance, staffing and consistency between policies where relevant. The report is targeted within ten working days after complete documents are accepted; the call is arranged by mutual availability, ordinarily within ten working days of the report. Contact us before buying if your deadline is urgent.
After purchase, download the guide and intake form and email enquiries@carecompliancesolutionsgroup.co.uk. We will confirm the selected documents and a secure transfer method. Do not send service user records, DBS certificates, passwords or sensitive materials through checkout or WhatsApp.
This is an independent document-based review. The £595 fee does not include rewriting policies, checking implementation, staff training, a full audit of every policy, legal advice, application submission or representation to CQC. Extra policies, pages, locations or service types need a separate quote. For third-party policies, you remain responsible for checking your licence before making changes. The provider approves and implements all changes. CCSG is independent of CQC; no registration or inspection outcome is guaranteed. Checkout terms and CCSG policies govern cancellation and refunds, subject to statutory rights.
