THE MAIN FINDING OF THE FEDERAL COURT IN 2015
In the result, we hold that there is overwhelming evidence to support
Saiful’s allegation that he had been sodomised by Anwar Ibrahim. The
scientific evidence (medical and DNA evidence) adduced by the
prosecution clearly established that SPERM CELLS belonging to the
ANWAR IBRAHIM were FOUND in the lower and upper RECTUM OF SAIFUL. The
only logical explanation for this is that SAIFUL MUST HAVE BEEN SODOMISED BY ANWAR IBRAHIM.
The unsworn statement of the appellant, which evidentially carries little weight, and the evidence adduced through his witnesses, failed to cast any reasonable doubt on the prosecution’s case. We are thus convinced beyond reasonable doubt that PW1 had been sodomised by the appellant as charged.
2016 JUDICIAL REVIEW APPLICATION DISMISSED
In a unanimous decision, a five-man panel chaired by Chief Judge of Malaya Zulkefli Ahmad Makinudin ruled that there was no merit in the application.
"The court finds that there is no merit in this application and that this not a fit and proper case to be heard in this court," the judge said.
My OBSERVATION : There is NO POSSIBILITY at all of Saiful getting the convict’s semen from any public outlet such as 7-11, Mr. D.I.Y., Berjaya Sports Toto etc. The FINAL and LUCID FINDING of the highly esteemed Federal Court is clear.
