There’s a lot of advice out there about how to live your life. I’m interested in what you want for yours, and what makes it difficult to follow through on the things that matter to you.
Yes! This is a free, one-hour virtual session where we can explore what you’re working toward and you can experience my coaching. We can also discuss options for continuing together, with no obligation to sign up.
Start by entering your name and email in the form on this page. After you submit, you’ll be taken to my calendar to choose a time for your free breakthrough session. Your intake form will arrive by email - please complete it before we meet so we can make the most of our time together.
Bring something to take notes with, a snack if you wish, and find a comfortable place where you can speak freely.
Absolutely. If you’re interested in ongoing support, we can talk about the coaching options available and what would fit your goals. You’re welcome to ask questions and take time to decide.
No. Therapy and coaching can complement each other, but they serve different roles. My work focuses on present-day patterns, self-awareness, regulation skills, goals, and practicing how you want to respond and move forward. I do not diagnose or treat mental-health conditions. If something comes up that would be better supported by a licensed mental-health professional, I’ll be honest about that.
My coaching brings together mental wellness, self-discovery, and practical steps you can try in your everyday life. We make room for what you’re feeling, explore the habits and expectations influencing your choices, and notice the strengths you already have to work with.
