The system is built on four layers:

Layer 2 -- The Memory System: MEMORY.md as an index pointing to individual memory files. Project records, feedback calibrations, external resource pointers. Memory scales without bloating context -- Claude reads the files it needs, when it needs them.

Layer 3 -- Skills Directory: specialist instruction sets that tell Claude how to handle your specific workflows. Script writing, research, editing, strategy. Load the relevant skill for the task. Claude thinks like a specialist. Put the skill away when done.

Layer 4 -- Agent Coordination: structured session sequences where Claude shifts cognitive modes at defined transition points. Research phase. Strategy phase. Production phase. Each with a brief, output, and handoff criteria.
