LEGO Gundam RX-78-2 Helmet Instructions

Presenting my biggest and most complicated wearable LEGO cosplay item to date - a Gundam helmet, styled after the classic RX-78-2 Mobile Suit!

NOTE: this is currently an early release, and has not been physically test built! Instructions may be altered & parts list may be adjusted if any issues are found during the build stage.

The build is optimised for affordability - anything in the instructions that's coloured lime green is internal structure, and as such can be any colour! They are in the parts list as colour "not applicable", for ease of uploading into Bricklink.

This helmet is based on the anime aesthetic of the RX-78-2, thus the body is solid white and panel detail is kept minimal - by swapping out some parts, you can easily weather the model or add more textured detail to it. 

As it uses trans-neon-orange panels for the eyes, you can easily see out, but you can also swap these our for another colour (e.g. trans-bright-green or solid yellow) if you want to customise the look.
