Most of us were not taught to live in rhythm with the Earth. We were taught to push through, to be consistent, to perform the same way every day regardless of what season we're in, what the Moon is doing, or what our body is asking for.

And yet something in us remembers a different way. The pull toward stillness in the dark months. The restlessness that arrives with the longer days. The way the full Moon makes sleep feel almost impossible and creativity feel vibrant and alive.

This is the wild wisdom of our bodies listening to the ancient rhythms of life.

When you begin to track the cycles, the Moon phases, the solstices and equinoxes, the cross-quarter days that mark the in-between, something gently locks in. You stop dismissing your own rhythms and start moving with them. Life begins to feel less like something that happens to you and more like something you are part of, the co-creator of. You see how deeply interconnected all of life is and how your are woven through it.

This chart was crafted to make that tracking simple, beautiful, and present in your everyday life.

It tracks a full cycle from Dark Solstice to Dark Solstice and holds the four moon phases for every month of the year, the eight sabbats, both solstices, both equinoxes, and the four cross-quarter days, and all lunar and solar eclipse dates.

At each equinox, you flip the poster. During the darker half of the year, the moon goddess presides. During the lighter half, the sun god rises. Your wall reflects where you are in the cycle.
