Unlike typical digital detoxes that rely on willpower, only to dump you straight back into old habits, this course is intentionally paced and built in three phases:


Detox Prep

You’ll spend a full week observing your habits, understanding your triggers, and establishing your personal baseline. This preparation is what makes the detox successful.


Detox

This is the heart of the course. You’ll strip away non-essential digital noise while still using technology where it truly serves you. No disappearing from modern life. No extremes. Just learning how to use your devices as tools instead of entertainment defaults.


Reintegration

This is where most detoxes fail and where this course is different. You’ll intentionally reintroduce technology, set your new baseline, and create rules you can realistically maintain long-term.



Throughout the course, you’ll still have access to your essential tools — communication, navigation, work-related tech — while removing the distractions that quietly drain your time and attention.
