Executive Function Starter Kit
When everything feels like too much, the problem is usually not the length of the list. It’s starting, and switching between things, and working out what’s even worth doing. This is ten pages for exactly that.
It’s a loop you run when you’re stuck. First a brain dump, everything out of your head with no order to it. Then triage: each thing goes into Now, Next, Not now, or Not me. Then a rough map of the day, with two or three things hung off meals instead of clock times. Then a first move small enough that you can actually begin — if it takes more than about ten minutes, cut it down again.
There’s also a done list you fill in afterwards, a page for logging what body-doubling does for you, and a fixed sequence for “I need to get moving right now”.
What you get: a 10-page PDF, hyperlinked so you jump to the page you need. Works in GoodNotes, Notability and Xodo, prints on A4 or US Letter, and it’s undated. It’s a smaller piece of the full ADHD Edition planner. Not medical advice.
