This is a detailed strategy session between Gerald and you/your team. We will come away with a game plan: a clearer understanding of your objectives and of your resources, as well as a practical plan for execution and/or launch. Not a business planning session. Here we develop marching orders. There is one intake session, and then a main session a week or so later.
