• Proper feeding positions and reducing the risk of aspiration

• Stimulation, elimination and daily monitoring

• Weight tracking and healthy growth

• Estimating a kitten’s age and developmental milestones

• Signs of illness and when veterinary care is needed

• Common illnesses and parasites

• Bathing and grooming

• Socialization and common kitten behaviors

• The emotional realities of fostering and rescue

• Emergency Fading Kitten Syndrome information and protocol

This guide was created from my experience caring for orphaned, neonatal, medically fragile and foster kittens as The Kitten Mama. My goal is to make kitten care feel a little less overwhelming by giving caregivers a resource they can come back to again and again.

I’ve chosen to make this guide available for free with a “pay what you want” option because I never want cost to stand between a kitten and someone having access to information that could help them.

If this guide helps you and you’re able to contribute, please consider leaving a donation when you download it. Every dollar goes directly back into caring for the kittens I foster by helping provide formula, food, medical care, medications, cleaning supplies and other necessities. Donations will also help me work toward purchasing additional lifesaving equipment, including an incubator for critically ill and fragile kittens.

There is absolutely no obligation to pay. If you need this guide, please take it and use it. Helping kittens is the reason I created it in the first place. 🩷

Please note: This guide is intended for educational purposes and does not replace diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a licensed veterinarian. Sick, injured, or rapidly declining kittens should receive veterinary care whenever possible.

Digital product: You will receive the Complete Kitten Care Guide as a downloadable PDF. Due to the nature of digital products, all contributions are final.
