Halloween Adapted PE: Fitness Stations for Secondary, High School
These 8 pages give secondary students ten simple fitness station cards for Halloween season movement. Tasks include marching, arm circles, and tossing a flying disc, and each card lists a clear modification so every student can take part.
Inside you will find the station cards, a materials list that stays simple with cones and a timer, and a data sheet that tracks completion.
To use it, print and cut the cards, place them around your gym or classroom, and rotate students through at their own pace. The stations work in adapted PE or as classroom movement breaks. All content is original with no brand names or characters.
This resource is made for middle school, high school, and transition special education classes serving ages 14 to 21.
