Mapping our Materia Medica

This has its origins in a series of essays published in my Substack project Notes from a Life Spent in Healthcare, between May 2023 and February 2025, re-edited in eBook format, illustrating my approach to Materia Medica study, and presenting graphic "maps" of the pathogenesis of 38 homeopathic remedies.

The .epub file may be read in any of a variety of eReader APPs on computer or tablet, but due to its many high-resolution graphics is too large to send to a Kindle device via email or the Send to Kindle APP.

If you wish to install on a Kindle device or read using the Kindle APP on tablet or computer, use the .KFX file, and "side-load" to Kindle:

Connect your Kindle to your computer using a USB data cable (the cable supplied with your Kindle will work); it will show up as an external drive

Drag the .kfx file into the directory Kindle/Documents (or Books)/any subdirectory

Eject your Kindle before disconnecting the cable

Give your device a few moments for housekeeping, and the book will display in your Library.

If using a Kobo device, you may similarly "side load" the .epub file (.KFX is specific to Kindle).
