School & Senior Portrait Services Information

SCHOOL & SENIOR PORTRAIT SERVICES

Photography services to be provided by Cole Photography.

Scope of Services

Cole Photography will provide professional photography services including, but not limited to:

• School Day Individual Portraits
• Faculty & Staff Portraits (if requested)
• Senior Portraits (if requested)
• Class and Group Photos (optional)

Parents and guardians may purchase portrait packages through Cole Photography's secure online ordering system.

Portrait Packages

The following packages may be offered (pricing subject to change):

1. Awesome Print Package – $45
2. Best Bang Package – $40
3. Cool Kid Package – $35
4. Granny Pack – $55

• Includes refrigerator photo magnet.

1. High-Resolution Digital Download – $35

• Includes print release.

1. Love My Memories Package – $125

• Variety of prints plus complimentary social media downloads.

1. Super Student Package – $65

• Multiple print sizes plus complimentary social media downloads.

Additional specialty products and digital options may also be available.

School Session Fee Options

The Client may choose one of the following session options:

Option A

Session Fee: $350

• Covers up all of the participants
• School receives one high-resolution digital file of each participant for internal school use.

Digital files will be formatted for use with yearbook software and student information systems when applicable.

Senior Portrait Information

Senior Sitting Fee: $30 per student

Cole Photography will provide:

• Formal drape (girls)
• Pearl necklace
• Tuxedo jacket
• Tie

Student Attire

Girls

• Wear a black strapless/tube top beneath the drape.

Guys

• Wear a white button-down dress shirt.

Students should arrive dressed and ready for their scheduled portrait time.

Additional poses, outfits, backgrounds, and portrait packages may be available for purchase.

Payment Terms

• The school session fee will be invoiced after scheduling has been confirmed.
• Parents and guardians will purchase portrait packages directly through Cole Photography.
• Full payment is required before products are delivered.

Delivery

• Portrait packages will typically be delivered within 2–3 weeks following picture day.
• Digital files for the school will be delivered electronically through a secure download link.

Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide a suitable indoor photography location.
• Ensure participants arrive according to the scheduled timeline.
• Assist with organization and communication on picture day.
• Notify parents and students of portrait schedules and ordering information.

Image Rights

Cole Photography retains all copyrights to images created during the session.

The Client is granted permission to use the provided high-resolution files for:

• Student information systems
• School records
• Yearbook production
• Internal school publications

Images may not be sold, altered, or redistributed for commercial purposes without written permission.

Cole Photography may use images for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless the Client requests otherwise in writing before portrait day.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

If weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances require rescheduling, both parties will work together to select a mutually agreeable replacement date.
