Simply because we all desire more peaceful lives. Peace only comes when we can be with everything all at once and remain steady, present, and whole. In my clinical practice, I believe the root of disease often lies in the emotional body. And the number one feeling I see over and over again is GRIEF. Whether it surrounds us over the death of a loved one, a move, changing careers, a divorce, a friendship fizzling out, grief for what once was, the life we thought we'd have.. it's all there. It's all ready to be seen. Grief left unturned perpetuates wounding and destructive patterns. This is the place we uncover it, feel it, move it, see it, be it. We let essential oils open up energetic pathways that feel stuck so we can inhabit all our emotions and still carry on! This is clean energetic hygiene, this is ownership of our feelings, this is us having the most organic human experience possible.

Daily Receivings

Log in to your course portal to receive daily transmissions and practices! Allow yourself 15-20 minutes a day to listen or watch the recordings and to give time for reflection! Best of all you can move at your own pace and revisit material again and again!

Essential Oils as Allies

We will be utilizing, learning, playing and immersing ourselves in the realm of essential oils during this 30 Day Journey. The plant spirits of Cardamom, Cypress, Siam Wood, and Saro will guide us through the process of grief. These oils are not included in the pricing of this course. It is not necessary to have the oils to receive their medicine, though you can purchase the Grief Kit through Michelle's Apothecary!
