After a tough day or difficult interaction with someone, you find yourself feeling emotionally overwhelmed or simply numb to it all?
As a result, you struggle with enjoying your days and connecting with people - either avoiding them or ruining the relationship.
Your emotions and reactions are a mystery or an insurmountable hill to you. Even when you go to therapy (or follow advice from friends & family), something still feels off or lacking?

This means not only understanding what you need based on your personal preferences and style, but also feeling equipped to respond in a way that is constructive - if not graceful or dignified.
This is why - (after 10 years of learning about various psychological tools) I am so passionate about supporting clients to understand their Enneagram (and emotional regulation rules).
I find the Enneagram's personality structure is uniquely suited to the matter of emotional mastery. It dives directly into matters of the "heart" and emotional upsets. The ego is fickle, emotional, instinctual inherently. And the Enneagram reflects that very well ( - better than the 16 Personality Types from Jungian personality theory, which is also helpful but more suitable for other areas of life).
This course summarizes the most vital aspects from Enneagram combined with the necessary emotional skills (and a little dose of Jungian-like philosophy).

Module 1 & 2 are available right away. The remaining lessons are released after 7 days and then 14 days respectively (to ensure proper pacing of the material).
