Calm Your Catastrophising
Get out of your head and into your life in minutes with the help of this science backed technique!
What if you could stop living in your head, let go of worry and be more present, less anxious about the future, and feel more in control of your anxiety with the help of one technique?
Let's be real. Therapy, especially good quality therapy with a licensed psychologist, is expensive and not everyone can afford it. Self help worksheets can feel too simplistic and boring. Where do you go if you need professional help but can't afford one to one therapy? I want people with anxiety who need professional help to be able to access something within their budget. That’s exactly why I pulled together this mini tutorial. In it, I coach you through a quick and simple fix in your perspective that will help you to stop catastrophising.
In the Calm Your Catastrophising tutorial, there’s no need for constantly getting in your head about the future and feeling like you can’t control your worrying. You’ll learn how to keep perspective and distinguish healthy worry from catastrophising with this scientifically supported psychological technique in minutes.
Get it now as a digital download for the special introductory price of £24.99 (this offer will only be available for the next 2 weeks). After this time, the regular price of £34.99 will apply.

Creator Bio:
Hi! I’m Dr Aneesa Shariff, a licensed clinical psychologist in private practice and anxiety expert with 20 years experience in the field. I'm also a media psychologist and have been interviewed by major news networks on various aspects of anxiety and a published author and researcher.
In my therapy practice, I help people struggling with anxiety every day, but not everyone can afford private therapy. I'm passionate about mental health services being accessible on some scale for all, so I wanted to create a low cost digital product to help those of you who need a little more than just a self help workbook. Being constantly distracted because you are stuck in a cycle of worry in your head can leave you in a state of high anxiety and feeling like you’ll never be able to quiet your mind and feel calm and at peace. It is my hope that the Calm Your Catastrophising mini tutorial can offer an affordable option to help you break free of these unhelpful worry cycles and leave you feeling calmer and more in control of your present.
FAQs
1. Is this tutorial a replacement for therapy?
No, this is a 20 minute tutorial that will help you to understand the process of worrying and catastrophising and offer you one science backed technique to help you manage it. It is not a replacement for a personalised therapy package.

That depends on the severity and nature of your anxiety. Unfortunately it is not possible to guarantee results, as lived experiences differ and everyone is different.
