Certificate of Written Discovery - WORD - template

Since under some civil procedure rules or local rules discovery documents such as ROGs, RFAs and/or RFPs are not actually filed; but only served upon an opponent, this certificate of written discovery is filed with the court just to show the court that on XYZ date discovery was served upon XYZ party.  This is an editable template.
