UK New Companies September 2026: 68,391 Incorporations by SIC & Region (PDF + CSV)

Every company incorporated on the Companies House register in September 2026, plus every company dissolved, in a 7-page PDF digest and two CSVs you can filter. 68,391 companies were incorporated (an average of 2,842 each weekday, 97% private limited) and 62,899 were dissolved, a net change of +5,492. London registered offices took 23,813 new companies. The biggest sector was wholesale and retail (14,526), led by SIC 47910 online retail (5,799), then information and communication (8,271) and professional services (6,645). 23,323 dissolved companies (37%) were under two years old. Inside: daily incorporations, new versus dissolved by region and sector, the top 20 SIC codes and towns, and the age profile of dissolutions. The CSVs give company number, name, type, SIC codes, sector, town, postcode district, region and the Companies House link. Company-level data only: no director names and no street addresses.
