HOW IT WORKS

After purchase, you will receive a text file containing the private template link and setup instructions.

Open the link and duplicate the complete workspace into your own Notion account. A free Notion account is sufficient.

Your records remain inside the Notion workspace you choose. Clearforge and Sapiver Press do not receive the information you enter merely because you use the template.

IMPORTANT PRODUCT DISTINCTION

This is the connected Notion record-keeping edition of the Clearforge Applied AI Gate System.

It does not include the separate browser-based Gate tools, printable workbooks or Agent Connector Safety Add-on available with other Clearforge products.

The Workflow Control Assessments database records individual Gate 2 assessments. It does not replace Clearforge AI Workflow Control Kit PRO, which provides broader registers for managing multiple AI workflows over time.

HUMAN-LED DECISIONS

The workspace makes evidence, scores, controls and unresolved actions visible. It does not approve AI use automatically.

A named person must apply the supplied decision rules, record the outcome and remain responsible for the decision.

FOR PERSONAL AND INTERNAL BUSINESS USE

Your licence covers use by you and your internal team. The editable template may not be resold, redistributed or supplied to clients as a standalone product.
