Organize a preliminary site readiness review directly in AutoCAD. This AutoLISP tool uses a DCL dialog to bring key geotechnical information, site documents, and construction considerations into one report.

Features include:

• Compare entered required and allowable soil bearing values.
• Review foundation depth, groundwater clearance, site slope, fill, and identified hazards.
• Track geotechnical reports, borings, foundation recommendations, surveys, drainage, site access, and utilities.
• Record a report ID and survey date.
• Place a review report in the drawing and optionally export it as a TXT file.

Download includes: the LISP routine, DCL dialog, and installation instructions. Designed for AutoCAD 2002; enter GEOREADYPRO after loading the routine.

This tool supports preliminary review and documentation. It does not certify that a site is buildable or replace a site-specific geotechnical report, engineering review, or jurisdiction approval.
