Waterspout Cowl

I am always drawn to the wonderful ways water flows—in this case with force, straight up. This cowl pushes those waterspouts up and around the neck with a fabric that results in a delightfully soft puddle of possibility. Lace cowls blend warmth and fun together, like a shawl but with less fussiness of ends.
