If you have gastritis, I made this for you.

Because I know what it feels like.

You sit down with a plate in front of you, but instead of just eating, your brain starts scanning everything.

Will this burn?

Will this make me bloated?

Will I feel nauseous after?

Will I wake up worse tomorrow?

And then it gets even more confusing because sometimes the “safe” food hurts you too.

Plain rice feels fine one day, then suddenly it doesn’t.

A smoothie sounds healthy, then your stomach starts acting up.

Someone online says ginger helped them, but when you try it, you feel worse.

So you start cutting more foods out.

Then more and more.

Until your whole life starts revolving around your stomach.

inside the guide, you’ll find:

gentle meals I personally ate when my stomach was sensitive

drinks and remedies that helped soothe my stomach

what I avoided during flare-ups

mistakes that kept making me feel worse

simple habits that helped me rebuild trust with food

what I wish I knew when I first got gastritis

the routines and lifestyle changes that personally helped me

how I personally dealt with the stress, frustration, and food anxiety that came with gastritis

Everything I wish someone had explained to me, put together in one place.

Because gastritis affects more than just what you eat

What you can eat and can’t eat.

What time you ate and how much you ate.

Whether you should go out or whether you should cancel.

I lived with gastritis for five years, so I know the physical pain is only one part of it.

The burning is hard.

The bloating is hard.

The nausea, the loss of appetite, the weird throat feeling, the fullness after a few bites, the fear of flare-ups…

all of that is hard.

But the part that really breaks you down is feeling like you don’t understand your own body anymore and the constant anxiety that comes with it all.

You try to do everything right, and somehow you still flare up.

You go to doctors, but sometimes you leave with more questions than answers.

You Google symptoms at night, and now you’re anxious on top of being in pain.

You try random remedies because you’re desperate for something to finally work.

And after a while, it starts to feel like your stomach is controlling your whole life.

That’s why I created this guide

After five years of struggling, testing, tracking, making mistakes, learning my triggers, calming my stomach down, and finally figuring out what personally helped me, I wanted to put everything I wish someone had explained to me in one place.

For the person who feels lost.

For the person who is tired of guessing.

For the person who misses eating without fear.

For the person who just wants to feel normal again.

I wanted this to feel like the resource I wish I had when I was overwhelmed and didn’t know where to start.

Not another random list of foods from Google.

Not another person telling you one ingredient will magically fix everything.

Just my experience, the things I learned along the way, and the habits, meals and routines that helped me.

Inside, I share:

  • gentle meals
  • the kinds of meals I personally relied on when my stomach was sensitive.
  • flare-up support
  • what I avoided, what I changed, and what helped me make difficult days easier.
  • drinks & remedies
  • the things I tried and the ones that personally helped soothe my stomach.
  • common mistakes
  • things I was doing that I didn’t realize were making my experience harder.
  • daily habits
  • small lifestyle changes that helped me become more consistent and rebuild confidence around food.
  • what I wish I knew sooner
  • the lessons that took me years of trial and error to understand.
  • the mental side of gastritis
  • how I personally handled the stress, frustration, fear around food and anxiety that came with constantly thinking about my stomach.

You want to see what someone who dealt with gastritis for years actually ate, avoided and changed.

Or you simply want everything organized in one place instead of spending hours scrolling through Google, TikTok and Reddit.

This guide isn’t about promising you some overnight cure.

It’s about giving you the information, routines and lessons I personally wish I had much earlier.
