The Compassionate Leader Profile

The Compassionate Leader Profile explores two interconnected dimensions of compassionate leadership: how you relate to yourself in difficult moments, and how you respond to others' struggles, vulnerability, and distress as a leader. The integrated feedback brings these two dimensions together, exploring how they interact and what to be mindful of in your own leadership practice.

Format: 18 questions in total, completed online -- 12 reflective statements followed by 6 leadership scenarios. Your personalised feedback report is delivered to your inbox on completion.

Time: Approximately 10 to 15 minutes.

This profile combines the Self-Compassion Scale Short Form (SCS-SF; Raes, Pommier, Neff and Van Gucht, 2011), which measures six dimensions of self-compassion, with a situational judgement assessment measuring compassion towards others across three dimensions: Noticing, Responding with Warmth, and Recognising Shared Humanity
