Les Tres Fonts is an emblematic fountain in the Pobla de Claramunt. It was already in use during the Late Middle Ages and seems to have been built after the great flood that destroyed the Pobla Vella in 1344, although the current structure was rebuilt in the 20th century.

The fountain is fed by the waters of the nearby Can Pujol stream, although due to the increasingly recurring episodes of drought, it is difficult to see it flowing lately.
