Product Details

This item is made using dye sublimation. Because of the dye process, slight imperfections may occur and are a normal part of production. These small variations make each stole unique.

After placing your order, please email all high-resolution photos, inspiration photos, logos, and mascots to:

Please do not send screenshots. The best quality images submitted will be used in your design.

Mockup Approval Process

A mockup will be sent within 3 to 5 business days after purchase.

Once the mockup is sent, you will have 1 business day to approve it or request changes.

You are allowed up to 2 edits after receiving the mockup.

Please carefully review all spelling, names, photo placement, and design details before final approval.

Processing and Shipping

All items are made to order.

Please allow 7 to 10 business days for processing.

Shipping takes approximately 3 to 5 business days after your item is completed.

Please note: adding Priority Mail does not move your order ahead in production. It only speeds up delivery once your package has shipped.

I recommend ordering at least 3 weeks before your event date.

For rush orders or overnight shipping, please contact me before purchasing.

Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and the printing process.

Please make sure all submitted information is accurate when placing your order.

Care Instructions

Machine wash cold for best longevity.

Use mild detergent only.

Do not use bleach or fabric softener.

Tumble dry on a normal setting.

Do not iron directly on the design.

Do not dry clean.

Returns and Order Issues

Because all items are custom made to order, refunds and returns are not accepted.

However, if there is a problem with your order, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery so I can help resolve the issue.
