UK Trades & Landlord Money Pack – Sole Trader & Landlord Spreadsheets 2026/27
Keep your money records tidy for the 2026/27 tax year. Two ready-made spreadsheets: an income & expense tracker for sole traders and tradespeople (with mileage, CIS and Making Tax Digital quarterly totals), and a rental tracker for landlords (with rent, arrears and gas safety, EICR and EPC due dates). Type in your figures and the totals, summaries and dashboard work themselves out. Works in Excel and Google Sheets. Black and gold design by S.H Decor.

PLEASE NOTE
- These are record-keeping templates, not tax, legal or financial advice. They add up the figures you type in. They don't work out tax or National Insurance, and they are not Making Tax Digital software: they can't send anything to HMRC. If you're in MTD, you'll need MTD-compatible software for your quarterly updates.
- Rates, thresholds and dates come from GOV.UK (checked October 2026) and are set for the 2026/27 tax year. Rules change, so check GOV.UK each tax year, and ask HMRC or an accountant if you're unsure.
- Safety and deposit rules in the landlord tracker are for England. Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland have their own rules.
- Digital download. Nothing is posted. You'll get the files to download straight after payment. By buying, you agree to get the files straight away and understand you lose the 14-day cancellation right once the download starts.
- For use in your own business or lettings. Please don't resell or share the files.
