Book draft (WIP) + 1h 40m presentation

This is a work-in-progress draft of my upcoming Conditioning for MMA book, bundled with a full-length presentation (1 hour 40 minutes) where I walk you through the ideas in a much more complete, coach-friendly way.

I’m selling this as a “rough notes + deep explanation” bundle: the PDF is the messy workshop (draft chapters, rough structure, evolving terminology), and the video is the guided tour that ties the whole thing together.

What you get

  • PDF book draft: ~120 pages (WIP / rough notes / early draft) - multiple formats (PDF & HTML)
  • Video presentation: 1 hour 40 minutes (the “complete explanation” piece)
  • Delivered as a downloadable archive (so you can store it, annotate it, and revisit it anytime)

Read this before you buy (important)

This is not a finished textbook. The PDF is a draft: some sections are polished, some are raw, some are still being reorganized. If you want a clean, final, perfectly edited manual—this isn’t that (yet).

If you do like seeing how the sausage is made—frameworks in motion, ideas being tested, concepts being named and re-named—then you’ll get a lot out of this.

Who this is for

  • MMA coaches who need conditioning that actually respects the sport
  • S&C coaches working with fighters (or trying not to ruin their skills with “random fitness”)
  • Coaches who want a microcycle-level plan they can iterate week to week (instead of pretending they can predict 12 weeks ahead)
  • Anyone tired of copy-paste “energy systems templates” that ignore MMA reality

What I cover (at a practical level)

You’ll see how I think about conditioning as part of the MMA ecosystem—how it supports skill, how it interferes, and how to plan it without turning the week into a recovery disaster. The Agile Microcycle Planning piece is the backbone: short cycles, fast feedback, constant adjustment, and planning based on what’s actually happening (not what you hoped would happen).

Why bundle the video with the draft?

Because the video does the job the draft can’t yet do consistently: it gives you the through-line, the logic, and the “how to apply this on Monday” coaching narrative. If you watch the presentation and then skim the PDF, the draft becomes way more usable.

Join the discussion (and the ecosystem)

This product is cheap on purpose. It’s meant to be accessible, useful immediately, and part of an ongoing build.
