Is this for me if I’m still very emotional / not “over it”?
Yes — this is designed for women who are during or after divorce and still feel overwhelmed, triggered, doubtful, or exhausted. You do not need to be “over it” to benefit.
Is this therapy?
No. This is an educational, guided workshop (tools, structure, exercises, communication scripts, boundaries, support). It is not therapy, legal advice, or medical care.
What if I’m private and don’t want to share my story?
That’s completely okay. Sharing is optional. You can participate quietly, keep your camera off (if online), and still get a lot of value from the exercises and tools.
