If They Were in Charge was one of the first exclusive stories that I wrote for my Ko-Fi donors, way back in the beginning of 2020.
What began as a 1000-word exclusive story would slowly become one of my most requested stories to revisit, eventually earning a sequel, a commissioned finale, and then eventually brought back as an entry during one of the many write nights that I host on my Discord server—the $3 Social Club.
Each entry in the series has their own sort of narrative feel to them, due to the space between which parts were written. As such, I feel that they can be read independently of one another (apart from the 500-word special located at the end) or all together. However, I ultimately leave that opinion up to you, the reader.
It’s a silly, short little series. But it’s one of my favorites, and I hope you enjoy the descriptions of fat bodies and less-than-scrupulous corporate chair-squashers just as much as the people who continually requested that I return to it have.
