Your client writes: "Could we add a Retreats page too? Should be quick." This kit gets you from that message to a sent reply with a price, a new launch date, and a written approval on record.

What you get done

1. Decide whether it's a brief miss (fix free), an included revision, or a new deliverable (quote it), using a 3-question checklist with examples and grey areas.

2. Price and reschedule in a worksheet: enter pages, hours, rate and working days added; it calculates the extra price, revised total and revised launch date (Mon–Fri).

3. Reply with one of 3 editable client emails (one per decision).

4. Record approval: paste the client's exact "yes". The Status cell says WAIT until approval is entered.

What you need

Google Sheets or Excel (uses WORKDAY; no macros or add-ons), and a text editor or Word/Google Docs. No AI tool or paid software needed.

Tested

2026-11-02 KST: worksheet formulas recalculated in LibreOffice 25.2 against 12 checks (example values, blank file, $0 for brief miss and included revision, 3 extra pages, declined and missing approval). All passed. Not yet opened in Excel or Google Sheets. Dates skip weekends but not holidays.

Limits

One situation only (extra page, fixed-price website). English only. Not legal advice: the reply reflects only what your own agreement says. All names and numbers in the example are fictional.
