Some medical schools have found that their students are fantastic at biology, chemistry, and the other sciences they're studying...but crappy at dealing with people. To help them develop their diagnostic skills, and to appraise those skills, some medical schools use standardized patients: healthy people trained to pretend they have specific diseases or conditions.

This short story focuses on one of those patients, and what happens when medical schools start using digital replacements.

I'm trying an approach titled "Pay What You Want," because I trust my work. I know my stories are good. I also trust people to recognize that quality and pay what they think the story is worth. Also, I know how hard it is to judge new writers, so I want to make it easy for people to try my work.
