1. The Upstairs Dual-Suite Retreat

Best for: Boudoir shoots, private play, intimate date nights, and quiet wellness sessions.

The Layout: A quiet, two-room flow (comfort lounge + versatile activity space) completely private from the main floor.

Atmosphere: Custom smart lighting, climate control, and Bluetooth audio.

Capacity: Maximum of 2 individuals per session (1 Member booker + 1 guest, member or non-member).

Format: Single session rate ($30/hour, booked in mandatory 2-hour blocks total).

Rate: $40 / Hour (Available in 2-hour blocks — $80 total)

2. The Main Play Floor & Lounge

Best for: Photography groups, workshops, movement classes, and private social events.

The Layout: Complete, exclusive access to our entire open play floor, custom lounge furniture, and social areas.

Capacity: Up to 2 individuals standard (1 Member booker + 1 guest, member or non-member).

Rules of the Space

Booking & Guest Policy: The person booking and hosting the session must be an approved, active member of YAD. Members may bring one additional guest per session, who can be either an active member or a non-member.

Cleanliness: Padded surfaces must be covered with barrier sheets during use and wiped down afterward.

Strict Non-Commercial Policy: No commercial exchange of explicit sexual acts or adult solicitation of any kind is permitted on the premises. While professional fees for photography, wellness instruction, and alternative lifestyle/BDSM sessions are welcome, the space must strictly remain a non-sexual facility.

Discreet Billing: All transactions are billed discreetly under "YAD LLC" to protect your privacy.

1. Is the space completely private?

Yes. When you book a block, you have exclusive use of that rented area. No other members or renters will have access to your space during your time. Our facility is designed with zero shared walls in the active zones, meaning you have complete sonic freedom—you can be as loud as your session or creative project demands.

2. How do I get into the building?

We utilize a secure, discreet, and automated entry system. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a unique access code and detailed arrival instructions. There are no signs on the exterior of our building pointing to what we do, ensuring total discretion from the parking lot to the front door.

3. Do you have security cameras?

To respect our clients' absolute privacy, there are zero cameras inside any of the private rental rooms, suites, or play areas. For the physical safety of our guests and the venue, we maintain security cameras strictly at the building's exterior entrances and in the main public hallway.

4. Do I have to be a member of Youngstown After Dark to book?

Yes, the person making the reservation and hosting the session must be an approved, active member of YAD. However, your permitted guest can be either a member or a non-member.

5. If I am a vetted member booking a play session, does my partner or client also have to be a member?

Yes! While the person booking the space must be a vetted YAD member, you are welcome to bring one additional guest (member or non-member) to your session.

6. Can professional lifestyle practitioners (Pro-Dommes) use the space?

Yes. We welcome professional lifestyle practitioners, educators, and content creators to utilize our high-end facility for sessions, workshops, and media production.

Note: The practitioner must be a vetted YAD member, and they may bring one client or guest (member or non-member) per standard booking.

7. What is your sanitation policy?

Hygiene is our highest priority. We provide medical-grade, fast-acting disinfectant spray (safe for leather and vinyl), fresh towels, and skin-safe barrier sheets.

All renters are required to use barrier sheets on padded furniture during sessions/bodywork, and to thoroughly sanitize all equipment and surfaces immediately after use.

8. Is alcohol permitted?

We are a strictly dry facility. No alcohol may be sold on the premises. If you are hosting a private gathering or a romantic date night, you are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages and food.

9. What is the booking fee and cancellation policy?

All space rentals are single sessions billed at $30-40 per hour and booked in mandatory 2-hour blocks ($60-80 total). Capacities are strictly capped at up to 2 people total (1 member host + 1 guest) for both spaces. For groups larger than 2 people, please contact us directly prior to booking so we can accommodate your party.
