Feminism & Pop Culture, Part 1 (Class for Adults--Sept 2025)
Feminism & Pop Culture, Part 1 is a 4-week discussion class for adults. It focuses on the question, "What does it mean to engage with pop culture as a feminist in 2025?" This course is designed from a pro-trans, pro-nonbinary, and pro-LGBTQ+ rights perspective. I also work hard to decenter whiteness in my teaching, and we will discuss the pitfalls of White Feminism as they relate to pop culture.
Meeting dates: Sundays, 1-1:50pm (Eastern), starting on Sept. 21.
