ABOUT THE AUTHORS

Naomi Jones-Black is the Principal Advisor of CMO-1, an organisational change management advisory service based in Hobart, Tasmania, Australia. She holds a Master of Business and is an Accredited Change Manager Master. She skilfully creates, curates and distributes content to build change capability for people and organisations to get results as excellent change makers.

Sarah Wilcox is a pakana woman from lutruwita/Tasmania whose greatest enjoyment is swimming in the local waters. Sarah attributes her professional achievements in communications and engagement to the powerful experiences she had working for Greater Manchester Police in the UK. Returning to lutruwita in 2013, she has strengthened connections to develop collaborative approaches between government agencies and local Aboriginal communities.

Mal Anderson is a highly experienced change strategist, designer and facilitator, a lead authority in shaping and sustaining change, and capturing the value of change outcomes. He has qualifications from six UK universities and four learned institutions, held senior appointments in a variety of industries, managed activities in both public and private sectors and led a UK business and management faculty.

Sian Rinaldi is change and engagement specialist who has a passion for problem solving and a demonstrated track record of achieving in unstructured project settings. Sian has over a decade of experience working in delivering communication and engagement projects in the public service. She is an astute communicator and applies the concepts of human-centered design in an accessible and pragmatic way.

Zenobia Allie is a Transformation, Engagement, and People Specialist Zenobia who specialises in supporting leaders to manage change. With over 20 years of experience, which has spanned mainland and regional Australia, United States, Europe, Singapore and South Africa, she has built expertise in delivering critical business strategy.

Gordon Brockway is a change management professional, coach, consultant, and facilitator. He has attained the Change Management Institute’s status as a Change Manager Master. Gordon holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics, a diploma in Professional Coaching and has undertaken post graduate studies in Organisational Development and Industrial Relations.
