Pearl Necklace Asset

Package include PearlNecklace.fbx along with a material. The fbx does not use any textures beside the two provided matcaps.

The necklace can be used as is on the Zinpia Egirl base. While not included, I left room on the mesh so you could easily weight paint and add some physics to it.

The avatar in the picture is Lysandra.

License Agreement

By purchasing and using this VRChat asset ("Product"), you agree to the following terms ("Agreement"). The Product includes the 3D model(s), textures, materials, and all other files included in the purchase. Please read this Agreement carefully before making a purchase.

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Product within VRChat and to include it in avatars as described in Section 2, subject to the terms below.

2. Permitted Use

You may:

* Use the Product on your own avatars in VRChat, including avatars you have purchased, provided you also follow the license terms of those avatars.

* Modify the Product, such as recoloring it, changing its materials, or refitting it to another avatar base, provided modified versions are only shared, distributed, or sold as part of an avatar as described below.

* Include the Product, in original or modified form, as part of an avatar that you sell or distribute, including avatars made for clients (commission work), provided that:

- the Product is applied to and sold together with the avatar, and is not sold, offered, or advertised as a separate item; and

- you ensure that buyers of your avatar may use the Product only as part of that avatar and may not extract, resell, or redistribute it on its own (for example by including this restriction in your own terms).

* Upload a public demo version of an avatar you sell that includes the Product, for the sole purpose of letting people try that avatar before buying it.

* Use the Product in commercial contexts such as streaming, video creation, VTubing, and similar content, provided the Product itself is not the subject of the transaction (i.e., viewers are paying for your content, not for access to the Product).

3. Prohibited Use

You may not:

* Resell, redistribute, share, or otherwise transfer the Product or any part of it (including meshes, textures, and materials), in original or modified form, on its own or in any way other than as part of an avatar as described in Section 2.

* Include the Product in an asset pack, a clothing or accessory set, or any other package that is not a complete avatar.

* Sell or distribute edits, retextures, or refitted versions of the Product on their own.

* Upload the Product, or an avatar wearing it, as a public avatar in VRChat, or in any manner that allows people who have not purchased the Product, or an avatar that includes it, to clone, wear, or access it, except a demo avatar as described in Section 2.

* Offer the Product on its own — or access to it — as part of a paid service, bundle, subscription, or other commercial arrangement.

* Use the Product in a way that misrepresents it as your own original creation.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Product, including but not limited to design, 3D models, textures, materials, rigging, weight painting, and other files, remain the exclusive property of the original creator. Purchase grants a license to use the Product under this Agreement; it does not transfer ownership.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Product, all sales are final. No refunds will be provided.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Product is provided "as is". Compatibility with every avatar base, shader version, or future VRChat update is not guaranteed. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Product.

7. Termination

The creator reserves the right to revoke your license at any time, without notice, if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Product, stop selling or distributing avatars that include it, remove it from any avatars you have uploaded, and delete all copies in your possession.

8. Changes to this Agreement

The version of this Agreement in effect at the time of your purchase governs your license to the Product. Any future changes to this Agreement apply only to purchases made after those changes take effect and do not alter the terms of prior purchases.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
