The Grade Focus | Student Performance Dashboard & Automated Grade Tracker for Google Sheets & Excel

Tired of scattered marks and guessing your grades? Take control of your academic journey with The Grade Focus.

When assignments, tests, and target scores are spread across different apps and notebooks, keeping track of your progress is stressful. The Grade Focus: Student Performance Dashboard is a clean, student-friendly spreadsheet designed to bring all your marks into one clear view. Instead of just logging numbers, this tool helps you measure your results against your personal goals so you can study smarter, not harder.

What makes it your ultimate study companion?

• Smart Performance Log: Effortlessly log your subjects, assessment names, and dates. Just type in your score, and the sheet automatically calculates your percentages.
• Deep Subject Analysis: See your running average for every class. Set your personal target, see the exact gap between your current grade and your goal, and write down your immediate next study action.
• Visual Interactive Dashboard: Get an instant snapshot of your academic health. View your overall GPA average, track how many subject goals you’ve crushed, and identify your strongest classes alongside the ones needing a little extra love through clean visual charts.
• Zero Guesswork Setup: Includes a built-in guide and a completely worked example to get you up and running in minutes.

What’s inside the download?

You get two distinct versions tailored to your favorite spreadsheet application:

1. Google Sheets Version: Features an interactive target-selection dropdown menu (requires a free Google account).
2. Microsoft Excel Version: Designed for direct percentage entry right into the target cells.

Note: To keep your dashboard running flawlessly, all formula cells are securely protected to prevent accidental deletes, while your data entry rows remain fully editable.

Keeping it real (The Honest Truth)

• Digital Download Only: This is a digital spreadsheet tool. No physical product or notebook will be shipped to your house.
• Requires Basic Tech Savvy: For formulas to connect properly, you just need to type your subject names exactly the same way in both logs.
• It’s a Tool, Not a Magic Wand: The Grade Focus is built to keep you beautifully organized and self-aware. It won’t automatically raise your grades—your ultimate success still depends entirely on your own hard work, study sessions, and dedication!

Stop scrolling through old emails looking for your grades. Make your academic progress impossible to miss, easy to understand, and simple to act on.
