Stop losing enquiries in a busy inbox. I set up a small automation in your own Google account: every new enquiry is sorted (quote, booking, support, order, other), logged in a Google Sheet, and given a ready-to-send reply saved as a Gmail draft. You read it, tweak it, and click send. Nothing is ever sent without you.

Built with free tools (Gmail, Google Sheets, Apps Script). AI drafting uses a free Gemini key you own; without it, the system uses clear rules and your own templates.

Starter €190: 1 inbox, 5 categories, 5 reply templates, Sheet log.

Standard €390: plus AI-drafted replies in your tone, an urgent flag and a needs-human queue.

Pro €690: plus a website form to Sheet with instant acknowledgement, up to 2 inboxes, an FAQ the AI answers from, and 30 days of tuning.

Delivery is 5 business days (Pro: 7), fully in writing. No calls needed.

Trust ladder: 1) reports only, 2) drafts only for at least the first week, nothing sent without your approval, 3) up to your top 3 approved replies sent per day, 4) more autonomy only if you ask in writing. You decide every step and can go back anytime.

What you get: every email is sorted into four labels: Needs me, Draft it, Read later and Ignore. Reply tone is learned from your sent mail, using only the example emails you choose to share. You get one daily digest at a time you choose (08:00 by default). Drafts only by default: nothing is sent automatically, and sending stays off unless you later switch it on yourself.

Guardrails (our policy): the assistant can't approve any spending, refunds always need a human, and every decision goes in a single decision log you can read.
