This is a paper-pieced pattern for a single Union Jack block. It was inspired by a traditionally pieced Union Jack pattern by my friend Molli Sparkles.
The pattern is for the block only, with instructions on how to assemble it. It also includes pre-cutting fabric instructions to make assembly easier, and to minimize bias edges in the corners of the finished blocks.
Finished Union Jack block is 7 1/2” x 15 1/2”
