Broadcast Rights License Agreement

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Romeo St. Pierre

Productions ("Licensor") and the purchaser ("Licensee") of the radio series titled "Tunes Through

Time" ("Work").

1. Grant of License

Licensor hereby grants to Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to broadcast the Work,

which is a Music History series of recording artists, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

- The license granted herein is personal to Licensee and may not be transferred, assigned, or

sublicensed to any third party without the prior written consent of Licensor.

- Licensee shall not sell, resell, or distribute the Work to any third party in any manner.

3. Ownership and Rights

- Licensor retains all ownership rights in the Work.

- This license only grants broadcast rights and does not transfer ownership or any other rights.

4. Term

- The license shall commence on the date of purchase and shall remain in effect unless terminated

in accordance with this Agreement.

5. Termination

- Licensor may terminate this agreement if Licensee breaches any terms herein, upon written notice.6. Governing Law

- This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].

7. Entire Agreement

- This document constitutes the entire agreement between Licensor and Licensee concerning the

broadcast rights of the Work.

By completing the purchase, the Licensee agrees to these terms.
