Without these three things, you’re not going to be able to use the iPad Edition of The Mindful Life Journal as intended.

Once you receive your file, you can:

  1. Import the PDF into your note-taking app
  2. Read the introduction and make notes
  3. Sign the commitment page
  4. Start using the daily entry page
  5. Engage with the weekly activities
Once you finish the journal, you can simply re-import the PDF into your note-taking app to begin again.
